Deniece Knight Cummings

On September 13, 2024 Deniece Knight Cummings passed away in Grapevine, Texas at the age of 84. She was born April 12, 1940 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Catherine Knight and her husband of 62 years, Donald G. Cummings. She is survived and very loved by her three daughters: Karen Caffrey and her husband Robert of Manchester, CT, Rhonda Huggins and her husband Jeff of Grapevine, TX and Renee Pinto and her husband Carlos of Nolensville, TN. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren Jordyn and Tucker whom she loved and cherished, and her brother Rick Knight and his wife Pat, their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

Deniece loved being with people and was especially gifted at encouraging them to share their stories and listening to them. She also loved laughing, Bluebell ice cream, Texas bluebonnets in the spring, and the beautiful colors of New England foliage in the fall.
